ASUS VivoBook X202E Driver Download, and Reviews– Asus VivoBook x202E is a curious beast. There is a small laptop, cheap-ish touch screen with an Intel Core i3 processor. This score 11.6-inch laptop performance is somewhere between regular laptops generally use and wannabe tablets, in other words, is a netbook with a touchscreen.

The VivoBook x202E, which costs $ 500, features a Core i3-3217U processor third generation Intel, 4GB of RAM and a hard drive of 500GB running at 5400rpm. The VivoBook also integrated Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11b / g / n, and an 11.6-inch touch screen. It runs a 64-bit version of Windows 8.

The VivoBook x202E is on its own little island in performance. In our test reference WorldBench 8, the VivoBook Total 33 100, which means that it is 67% slower than the base test pattern (that supports a desktop i5). Compared to hybrid tablet laptop of similar sizes, such as the HP Envy x2 (18), the Acer Iconia W510-1422 (17) and Samsung XE500T1C-A01 (17), the VivoBook score is very good.

Again, VivoBook is 100 percent laptop uses an Intel Atom processor, but a real Core i3 processor. Or is a tablet with a dock like the aforementioned systems.

And of course, compared to the larger, i5 laptops powered, the VivoBook falls short. It is closer to the Toshiba Satellite P845-S4310, who scored 43 in WB8 and has an i5 processor, 14-inch touchscreen, and 750GB disk drive.

VivoBook graphics performance is not much better, after all, the system relies on integrated Intel HD graphics. While VivoBook can play PC games, it plays in a non-impressive frame rate of 15 frames per second (or less). In our graphics test Dirt Showdown (1366 x 768 pixels, the maximum quality settings), the VivoBook reached 14.1 fps. In comparison, the Satellite P845-S4310 managed 47.7 fps in the same test.

In our life of the battery tests, VivoBook lasted only four hours and 22 minutes. Considering the biggest selling point of VivoBook is its portability, it is not very a good many laptops of similar size have more than six hours of battery life.

Design and Usability
The x202E-DH31T VivoBook is robust, with a beautiful but boring design. It offers high-end components, such as the brushed aluminum finishes and a hinge soft-touch solid background, but it’s not visually exciting.

Hedge VivoBook has a dark gray brushed aluminum finish (which is prone to fingerprints) and a mirror Asus logo in the center. Inside, the bright 11.6-inch touchscreen is surrounded by a thick black frame, while the palm rest area is coated brushed aluminum glossy silver. There are a black island-style keyboard and a large touchpad sweet. The keyboard has small keys, discs, but offers decent tactile feedback. The touchpad is a great piece and maybe a little too sensitive, I often found myself accidentally brushing the touchpad while typing on the keyboard.

The VivoBook has a small footprint measuring only 11.9 inches long by 7.9 inches wide, and 0.9 inches thick, but it looks bulkier and heavier than other notebooks of similar size. It weighs three kilograms, but because the bottom of the laptop is much thicker than the cover and the screen, it seems.

laptop ports are located along the side of the machine. The left side features a Gigabit Ethernet port, HDMI output, USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and a lock slot Kensington, while the right sports an SD card slot, microphone jack/headphone, another USB 2.0 port and a port VGA output.

The x202 VivoBook Asus is unique in that it is the perfect laptop for a very specific demographic group: the demographic that wants a small portable, portable, touch screen for a relatively cheap price.
