ASUS VivoBook S200E Driver Download, and Reviews– VivoBook This is an exercise in nostalgia, however. The touch screen means that the S200E can use Windows 8 Metro interface.

The build quality of the S200E is good for such an affordable machine. It is built tough and looks certainly do not look or feel as fragile as most laptops under £ 400, we have seen recently.

The 11 in VivoBook S200E certainly does not look like a laptop budget makes its brushed metal finish and slim design, light could give much more expensive Apple MacBook Air for your money.

Certainly, the S200E is slightly heavier than the 11-inch version of the MacBook Air, weighing 1.45 kg and 1.1 kg of its rival. Although it is still an extremely lightweight and portable laptop, and with a thickness of only 22 mm, you can slip into a backpack or shoulder and hardly notice the weight when you carry it with you.

It is so solidly built, with good support for the display panel and a sturdy keyboard that is comfortable to type although relatively small touches could be a bit tricky for rugby players with robust figures.

The S200E can also include a touch screen for Windows 8, which is definitely a good value for a laptop that costs less than £ 500. The screen, however, has its flaws. It is spectacularly bright, while the horizontal viewing angle is quite reasonable that we find the most limited viewing angle something vertical which was not helped by gloss coating on very reflective screen and it was often necessary to tilt the order screen only for the right to improve visibility.

It’s only a small complaint, though, and worth putting into practice to benefit from the compact, lightweight design VivoBook.

A light and compact notebook like this really should have a decent battery life. The VivoBook S200E is a reasonable value for money and worth considering if you are looking for a Windows 8 laptop base that can provide access to the Internet and email for a few hours.
